Travel ban lifted. Water distribution sites open. Reception Centers opened in Hopewell, Pennington, Titusville fire houses.

The state of emergency and travel ban in Hopewell Township has been rescinded. Travel remains very difficult with over 40 road closures or partial closures, including Routes 29 and 31.
Residents needing water may obtain it at the Hopewell, Pennington or Titusville (Union) fire houses. Residents MUST bring their own containers. Water will be available at these locations round the clock.
Residents needing to charge cell phones or other electronic devices, get warm or wash up may also visit reception centers located in the three fire houses. The reception centers will open at 9 AM today. They will be open daily from 8 AM to 4 PM.
