The Borough of Magnolia Wishes to thank all the residents for their vigilance through this weather emergency. In particular we would like to thank our emergency management team including Fire, Police, Ambulance and Public Works Crews who worked steady for over 48 hours responding and supporting out community during this ongoing emergency situation.

We would like to provide the following updates regarding the status of certain services and activities in the Borough:

1. Borough Offices, the Magnolia Public School and Sterling High School will be open tomorrow, Wednesday October 31.

2. Halloween Trick or Treating is cancelled on October 31.... trick or treating has been rescheduled for Saturday November 3 from 1PM to 5PM. This will allow residents and borough crews clean up our streets and sidewalks to make them safe for our children.

3. The Halloween party and costume contest will be on November 1 at 7PM at the community center. Due to the weather and road conditions, there will be no parade this year.

4. As announced before, trash collection will be on Wednesday this week and recycling will be on Friday....both delayed one day due to the storm.

5. We still remind all residents to be careful walking or driving on borough streets and sidewalks as their is still debree around the town being potentially hazardess. USE CAUTION!!!
