Franklin Township has lifted the state of emergency as of 3:30PM October 30, 2012, but please be cognizant of the road conditions. An updated list can be found on Franklintwpnj.org. PSE&G is working as best they can. Currently there are 1.2 million outages in the state of NJ and unknown anticipated time of restoration.
