The West Covina Rotary will be hosting the 22nd annual Red Ribbon Rally and Free Pancake Breakfast honoring Enrique "Kiki" Camarena who gave his life in the war on drugs. This event will take place on October 20, 2012 at West Covina High School from 7:30am - 11:30am. A free pancake breakfast,will be served to all in attendance.
