Suspicious Vehicle

Rock Valley PD received a report of a light gray van (possibly a Dodge Grand Caravan) with possible IA plates. Vehicle approached 2 females on a gravel road near Rock Valley and said "hi". The vehicle continued to follow these females as they ran off. The females hid behind a vehicle and the male subject stopped and watched them. The vehicle eventually left.
