Full Notification

On Friday, August 31st, 2012 at 9:13 AM, the Sun Prairie Police Department was dispatched to the 600 block of Old Indian Mound Trail in the City of Sun Prairie for an EMS Assist involving a 43-year-old male subject who fell 25-30 feet from a tree. Sun Prairie Police along with Sun Prairie EMS and Sun Prairie Fire responded. Med-Flight was requested due to a concern of head and spinal injuries. The subject was transported by Med-Flight, and was in critical condition.
