BLRPD has an important message for you! 
On June 24, 2012 a resident in the 300 block of Terra Drive reported that at 07:20 am, she exited her home and found a large mound of toilet paper on the roof of her vehicle. The toilet paper had been lit on fire.
While investigating this incident, a BLRPD officer located more burned toilet paper on Ulana Drive and at another home on Terra.
Later, at apprx. 9:30 am, officers discovered that two homes in the 300 block of Susquehanna Trl. had mailboxes that had been set on fire.
These incidents remain under investigation.
