On June 23, 2012 at approximately 1:45 a.m., the mother of:
CHRISTOPHER D. KOSTADIN
5’10” / 165 LBS
680 MAPLE STREET
contacted the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and reported Kostadin missing. Kostadin reportedly left his home on June 21, 2012, at approximately 12:30 p.m. and hasn’t been seen by family members since. A resident of the 12000 block of Leuscher Road in Bond County, reportedly aided Kostadin during the late evening hours of June 21, 2012, after Kostadin’s vehicle reportedly ran out of gas. Kostadin’s vehicle was ultimately located abandoned on Hughes Road near North 1st Avenue, Sorento, Montgomery County, Illinois, on June 22, 2012.
Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and a Livingston Police Officer searched the area in which Kostadin’s vehicle was recovered. Kostadin was not located, but several residents report seeing a subject believed to be Kostadin in the area on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Kostadin’s family member’s feel his disappearance is highly unusual and are concerned for his well being.
