Northland Neighborhoods, Inc., the City of Kansas City & Smithville, MD Management and Metro North Mall will provide residents an opportunity to safely dispose of household waste.

ABOP is a first come-first served opportunity to dispose of environmentally sensitive materials in a safe, responsible way.

Residents of all participating communities may safely dispose of:
Antifreeze, car and household batteries, oil (automotive oil, cooking, heating, etc.), paints and paint related chemicals such as strippers, thinners and varnishes, and spray paints.

Services below are for Kansas City, Missouri Residents ONLY!
Identification with proof of residency is required.

A leaf and brush dumpster will be available for Kansas City Residents only. Leaves must be in paper bags and not in plastic!

Tires will be accepted with or without rims.

Proshred's mobil shredding truck will securely shred your confidential documents. All of the paper shredded during the event will be recycled into various consumer paper goods.
They will accept all types of paper along with staples, paperclips, three ring binders, spiral notebooks and most office materials. You will be able to witness your materials being destroyed.
