Gilroy Police Department Officer's took several DARE students on a field trip to the San Francisco Zoo. Each fifth grade DARE student, within GUSD, was asked to write an essay on what they had learned in the DARE Program. One essay was selected from each classroom. The field trip was a reward for the student for having written the winning essay.
