Reminder – Come visit your local Public Safety Professionals at the San Mateo County Fair for Disaster Preparedness Day – Saturday June 9th
Arrive before 11 a.m. for Free Admission to the SMC Fair

A little preparation can make a big difference in an emergency. On Saturday, June 9, learn how to put together a disaster kit, take a CPR class and watch demonstrations by police, firefighters and a search dog during Disaster Preparedness Day, an event sponsored by the San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services and a host of local organizations.

The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the San Mateo County Event Center, 2495 S. Delaware St., San Mateo. The event is held in conjunction with the opening day of the San Mateo County Fair and admission to the fair and parking are free for anyone who arrives before 11 a.m. Call 650-363-4790 or 650-363-4572 for more information.
