David E. Shope, 86, Male, White, 5'9", 170 lbs, wearing glasses, khaki pants, short sleeved yellow button up shirt, and brown lace style shoes and personal metal ID bracelet, and riding a green men's Huffy bicycle)
Last seen: 200 block of State St., 8:00 PM, 5/29/12
Mr. Shope was last seen by family members as he left their residence in the 200 block of State St. riding his bicycle to his residence in the 200 block of Baldwin Ave. He failed to return to his residence as expected
