(Hathaway Pines, CA) On May 14, 2012 Detectives from the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office contacted Mark Fields (42) of Hathaway Pines at a residence located in the 5600 block of Silver Saddle Drive in Hathaway Pines. Fields was subsequently arrested after it was determined that he had failed to register his current address as a sex offender. Fields was transported to the Calaveras County Jail where he was booked.
Fields arrest was his second arrest within a five day period, as he had also been arrested on May 10, 2012 after he was located trespassing on private properties in the neighborhood at 0400hrs. The previous arrest resulted in Fields being booked for being under the influence of a controlled substance as well as for an outstanding arrest warrant.
