NARRATIVE:

On 4-20-2-12, Officers with the Burlington Police Department located and arrested Chad Paquette and Michael Fleming. Both subjects had active arrest warrants for a variety of charges. Paquette is also suspected in a March 25th, 2012 burglary that occurred on Henry Street in Burlington, Vermont. Upon their arrest, both subjects were found to be in possession of Heroin.

BRIEF NARRATIVE: (include BOLs, suspect & vehicle)

On 03-25-2012 at approximately 00:53hrs the Burlington Police Department received a 911 call reporting a possible burglary into a residence on Henry Street in Burlington. A description of the suspect was provided and a short time later the suspect was located on North Willard Street near Pomeroy Street.

The suspect was identified as 27 year old Richard Quesnel of Burlington. The investigation revealed that Quesnel had an Apple Macbook that had been stolen from the burglary on Henry Street just minutes earlier. As officers attempted to arrest Quesnel for the burglary he fled the area.
Burlington police are asking anyone with information about Richard Quesnel’s location to please call the Burlington Police Department at 802-658-2700. A cash reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of Quesnel.

UPDATE!!!!!
Further investigation has revealed that the suspect in this case provided a false name and date of birth to the initial investigating officers. It has been determined that the suspect’s true identity is that of Chad Paquette of Burlington (Not Richard Quesnel). A photo of Paquette is attached to this release. A cash reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest of Paquette. Paquette is wanted for several outstanding arrest warrants on State of Vermont charges.
