Due to heavy rain and local flooding in the area, road & pedestrian access through the Sepulveda Basin Recreational Area is limited. The following streets are affected: Burbank Boulevard East of Hayvenhurst to Woodley Ave closed. Burbank to 405 Frwy & N/bound Woodley Ave from Burbank is open. Watch for spotted flooding in the street, lighted and unlighted barricades in the far right (no. 3) lanes.
