The VERY HIGH level means the area is experiencing dangerous conditions where fires start easily, spread very rapidly, crown and spot. During conditions like this fires are very difficult to control. Burning permits are SUSPENDED in DNR controlled areas. Extra care should be taken with any outdoor activities that could ignite a fire.
