On 02/16/12 at approx. 7:50 PM, Calaveras County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 8503 Hautly Lane for a report of a physical altercation. The victim reported that that she had been assaulted by her son, Travis Solo and Travis’ girlfriend Colleena Allee. The 46 year old victim was inside her house when she heard someone at her front door. When she opened the door Colleena attacked her with a stick and a metal deodorant can, causing injury. The duo then reportedly stole several prescription medications belonging to Eleanor prior to leaving the residence.
Jackson Police Department Officers, after receiving a be-on-the-lookout arrested Colleena and Travis at their residence. The couple was turned over to the custody of Calaveras sheriff’s deputies, who booked the two into the CCSO jail on the charges of 211PC, 245 (a)(1) PC, 422 PC, and 182 (A)(1) PC.
