The Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department is releasing information about a recent crime/crime activity near your address.
On February 10th 2012, a resident in the 200 block of Milkweed Drive reported a burglary at her residence. Milkweed Drive is located in a new development that is located off of Werly Road, which is off of Tilghman St. near the turnpike entrance.
During the early morning hours of the 10th, one of the residents in the home awoke to see a male wearing a baseball hat standing in his room. The male then left the room and walked in the master bedroom, where he rummaged through some clothing in a hamper, and then walked out.
It is believed that the male, who was also described as being under six feet in height, removed several items of clothing from the residence before leaving.
At this time it does not appear that there was forced entry into the home.
