Eff. 05-31-11 LAMC Org 41.43.1 regarding door to door sales or soliciting has been amended. No person shall enter upon a premise for the purpose of solicitation between the hours of 8:00pm and 8:00am. All Solicitors over the age of 16 must carry a photo ID. All Solicitors must carry a copy of the Business Tax registration Certificate and present it upon request. See link:
