Mr. Hawkins was last seen on 2-1-2012, around 4pm leaving Forest Lake Retirement home. Mr. Hawkins left on foot. Mr. Hawkins has a medium build, grey hair and a scruffy beard. Mr. Hawkins was wearing blue jeans and a plaid jacket.
