Chi Kim Truong, is a 51 year old, mentally handicapped female, vietnamese, 4'1, 85lbs, grey clothing, blue slippers. Last seen at her home in the 600 blk of Meridian Avenue in Alhambra, the morning of Jan. 31, 2012. She does not speak English.
