On Friday, December 23rd 2011 at approximately 6:05 pm, a white sports utility vehicle was traveling eastbound on Foothill Blvd approaching Mt Gleason Avenue. The vehicle collided with a bicyclist traveling southbound across Foothill Blvd. The impact caused the bicyclist to collide with the ground. The driver left the scene failing to render aid and exchange information as required by law. The bicyclist sustained severe injuries from the result of this collision.

2000-2004 white Chevy Suburban or GMC Yukon XL, 4-door, with black moulding across doors, chrome rims, tinted windows, high density LED head lights, black running board and damage to hood.
