We ended up with a total of 6 red bulbs on the wreath. Thank you for your help making it a safe Holiday Season.

Thank you to everyone for your help during our 2011 Keep the Wreath Green Campaign. We ended up with a total of 6 red bulbs on the wreath. This has been a very consistent number over the last 9 years of the program, averaging 6.22 structure fires a year. This is less than half, of the 12.56 red bulbs average, we experienced over the first 9 year years of this program. While I am very grateful that we have brought our total down, it is also obvious that we have hit a plateau at 6. I’d like to challenge everyone to do everything within their power to work toward a totally Green Wreath, not only during the holiday season but all year round as well.
