LASD/CARSON - Gang Diversion Program assists members of the community in several ways. 
The Carson Gang Diversion Team is a successful intervention and prevention program that serves all the people in the City of Carson. The program is a collaboration of law enforcement and individual community-based organizations. The team develops individual plans to assist at-risk youth and their families who are genuinely concerned about breaking a destructive negative lifestyle. These services are provided free of charge and target individuals whose behavior leads to crimes that negatively impact the community.
