Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies are asking the public for help finding a Moses Lake area man who went missing Friday night.

Asian Male
Height - 5’09”
Weight - 180
Hair - Gray
Eyes – Brown
Last seen wearing dark colored jacket, blue jeans, tennis shoes. Should have been walking with a one-year-old golden Labrador retriever.
Possibly last in the Samson’s Beach area south of Moses Lake.
Dan K. Toya, 64, was last in contact with his wife 2:30 p.m. when he told her he was taking their dog to the veterinarian and then taking the dog to Samson’s Beach, near County Road K.5-Southeast, south of the City of Moses Lake.
Later Friday, after Dan’s wife became concerned when he had not returned home. Dan’s truck was found unoccupied near Samson’s Beach, but neither Dan nor the dog could be found. Sheriff’s Deputies and other public safety agencies immediately started searching and have been searching for Dan ever since. The search area is surrounded by the ice-covered Potholes Reservoir.
