THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CA AND SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL AFFECT MAINLY THE SOUTHERN SECTIONS THROUGH THE EVENING...WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER LOS ANGELES COUNTY. LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE NEAR THE STRONGER STORMS.

NORTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA AFTER MIDNIGHT...WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH DEVELOPING LATE OVER THE MOUNTAINS INCLUDING THE SANTA MONICA RANGE...AND OVER THE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY. 50 MPH
GUSTS WILL LIKELY OCCUR ACROSS THE COAST AND VALLEYS OF VENTURA COUNTY...THE AREA BETWEEN MALIBU AND THE HOLLYWOOD HILLS AS WELL AS THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

STRONG GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON. GUSTS OF 60 TO 70 MPH ARE EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS OF LOS ANGELES AND VENTURA COUNTIES AND THE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY. GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE COMMON OVER THE VALLEY AND COAST LOCATIONS.
