Huntsville/Madison County is under a Winter Weather Advisory from 6am to 6pm. Counties to the East of Huntsville/Madison County are under a Winter Weather Warning.Snowfall amounts ranging from one to two inches mainly in grassy areas, elevated surfaces and in the higher elevations are expected in Madison, Jackson, DeKalb counties in north and northeast Alabama and Franklin county, Tennessee. With temperatures expected to remain just above freezing through the afternoon in the mid 30s, road conditions are expected to be mainly just wet.
