Sheriff’s Office Detectives Working on Early Morning Homicide 
Modesto, CA – On Saturday morning just after midnight Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a shooting in the parking lot of El Paraiso Bar located at 1500 Crows Landing Road in Modesto, CA. When deputies arrived they found one shooting victim, 22 y/o Samuel Gallardo of Modesto, CA. Gallardo was taken to a local hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. Suspects were described as Hispanic male adults around 18-25 years of age. At this point in the investigation the shooting appears gang related.
