BE AWARE OF YOUR HOME AND THAT OF YOUR NEIGHBORS--RECENT INCREASE IN HOME BURGLARIES-2 REPORTED ON MOSES CARR ROAD ON 11/21/11 
During the last week there have been 3 home burglaries in town.
Daytime home burglaries have been reported in the Moses Carr Road and Church Street areas.
Stolen were jewelry, electronics, and firearms. There has also been 1 theft from a motor vehicle where a firearm was stolen.
KEEP ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS TO YOUR HOMES AND VEHICLES LOCKED. REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY.
A few tips to help in the recovery of your property should it ever be lost or stolen: Record the make, model and serial numbers of all electronics or valuable tools. Take photos of jewelry along with a brief description of the item, as well as other valuables in your home.
