Franklin Rd btwn Rt 10 and Franklin Ave and btwn Cooper and Landing remain closed as does Parks Rd btwn Arlington and Appletree Ln. 
The following roads remain closed due to downed trees and power lines; Franklin Rd between Rt 10 and Franklin Ave; Franklin Rd between Cooper Rd and Landing Trl and Parks Rd between Appletree Ln and Holly Dr. To get across town, you must either use Rt. 53 or Franklin Ave and Palmer Rd.
Motorists are urged not to pass police barricades. The roadways that remain closed are not safe.
School Buses will be operating this morning but will have difficulty traveling on roads with low hanging wires. Expect that your childs bus may be delayed or may not be able to pick up your child at all.
