Incident: Arrest for 3rd DUI Offense in 2 years
Suspect(s): Jaime L Allen, 23 year old, Napa resident
Location: 175 Fairgrounds Drive, Petaluma
Summary: On the listed date and time, a Petaluma Police Officer stopped suspect Allen for driving while talking on her cell phone. The officer then noticed Allen appeared to be intoxicated from alcohol. Allen told the officer she had been drinking alcohol at two bars in Petaluma and felt a “buzz”. The officer conducted a DUI Investigation and determined that Allen was DUI and she was arrested. Allen was on current probation for DUI. She had prior DUI arrests in 2009 and 2010. Her vehicle was impounded and she was transported to County Jail.
