Homicide Suspect Turns Himself In to Sheriff’s Detectives
Waterford, CA – Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Waterford Garden Apartments located at 12313 Dorsey Street in Waterford, CA on Sunday night (10-09-11) at 8:05 PM for a fight. When deputies arrived they found 23 y/o James Mandall of Waterford with multiple stab wounds. Mandall was taken to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Through their investigation they identified 27 y/o Johnny Carrizales of Waterford as a suspect. Carrizales turned himself into the Sheriff’s Office at noon today and will be booked at the Stanislaus County Jail.
