Incident: 11359 HS (Possession for sale of Marijuana)
1203.2 PC (Violation of Probation)
Suspect: Stewart-King, Christopher Marc, 24-years-old, Petaluma resident
Location: 1200 Block of “D” Street, Petaluma, CA
Summary: On the listed date and time, Petaluma Police Officers went to a residence in the 1200 block of “D” Street to conduct a probation search of Stewart-King’s residence. Immediately upon entering his residence, Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana. Officers then used a Police K-9 to search the residence. The Police K-9 “alerted” to several areas in the kitchen/dining room area for one of the illegal substances he is trained to detect. Officers conducted a thorough search of these areas and discovered 5.5 lbs of processed marijuana in the kitchen/dining room area. The marijuana had been packaged in separate plastic bags weighing 1 lb each. Officers discovered additional evidence that indicated Stewart-King had been selling marijuana. Stewart-King was transported and booked into the Sonoma County Jail on a no-bail probation hold.
