Sgt Moug Livonia PD - because of a fast acting neighbor, Livonia Police were able to arrest several Burglary subjects on Monday September 26th. The quick thinking witness observed subjects walking into their neighbor's backyard at a time when no one was home. Instead of thinking away as a possible legitimate reason, the witness telephoned LPD. This along with his observations of the Burglar's vehicle, led to the arrest of these subjects.
