INCIDENT: Major Injury Hit and Run Collision
LOCATION: Bear Valley Rd. @ Cypress
INVOLVED PARTY (1): Unknown Subject in a silver or pewter Honda sedan(90's)
INVOLVED PARTY (2): Glen Lively, 32 year old male from Victorville, CA

SUMMARY: I/P #2 (Lively) was traveling westbound on Bear Valley Rd in the number three lane at approximately 50-55 mph. As he approached the intersection of Cypress Av., a silver or pewter Honda sedan, either turned left in front of him or pulled out in front of him northbound, while crossing Bear Valley Rd. As the vehicle pulled in front of him, Lively did not have time to stop and collided broadside into the passenger side of the vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene northbound on Cypress and did not return to the scene. The vehicle should have major damage to the passenger side. Lively was transported to Desert Valley Hospital and then flown by Mercy Air to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and is currently in critical condition. As this collision occurred on Bear Valley Rd., there should have been several witness, however no one remained at the scene or has come forward, leading to the limited information that investigators have.
