Incident: Driving under the influence, Hit and Run
Location: Rainier Ave and Maria Drive, Petaluma
Suspect: Renee Sullivan-Weaver, 49 year old Petaluma resident
Summary: On the listed date and time, a citizen reported a drunk driver on Rainier Avenue. The citizen updated police dispatchers as officers responded to the scene. The citizen further updated that the suspect vehicle had just struck a parked 2004 Mazda on Rainier Avenue, and continued to drive. Officers located the vehicle stopped in a driveway. Officers conducted a DUI investigation and determined that suspect Weaver was DUI. She was arrested for DUI and Hit and Run. The vehicle she struck sustained moderate damage. Weaver was transported to County Jail.
