Incident: Possession of Methamphetamine, Violation of Parole, Public Intoxication
Location: 1400 block of East Washington Street, Petaluma
Suspect: Kenneth A Fuller, 61 year old Petaluma resident
Summary: On the listed date and time, an officer contacted an intoxicated suspect. Suspect Fuller said he had just come from a nearby bar. It was determined that Fuller was on State Parole and Sonoma County Probation. Part of his probation was to not possess or use alcohol, stay out of places where alcoholic beverages are the primary item of sale, and do not possess any illegal drugs. Fuller was arrested for Public Intoxication and violation of Parole and Probation. Fuller was transported to the County Jail. During the booking process, a small amount of methamphetamine was located in his pocket.
