Effective 12:00am on 8/28/2011 the Borough of Magnolia will have a local disaster/emergency proclamation in effect. No motorists shall operate their vehicles on the streets of Magnolia until 12:00am 8/29/2011 only emergency vehicles and essential services shall be on the streets of Magnolia.
