ROAD CONSTRUCTION 
South Monroe will be milled on Saturday, August 27th beginning around 8:00 AM from Division to Krause. On Monday, August 29th, South Monroe will be paved and Spring Street will be milled and paved. Both roads are expected to be completed on Monday, August 29.
Please avoid these areas during the construction periods if possible.
