Residential Burglaries increasing just north of Sunset, 2 miles east & west of 405. 
THE WEST LOS ANGELES AREA NOTICED A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN RESIDIENTIAL BURGLARIES JUST NORTH OF SUNSET BLVD AND TWO MILES WEST AND EAST OF THE 405 FREEWAY. THE BURGLAR CUT THE WINDOW SCREENS AND REMOVED JEWELRY, ELECTRONICS, AND MONEY.
THE BELOW-DEPICTED MALE (See attachments.) WAS AT ONE SUCH OCCURRENCE WITH A CUT WINDOW SCREEN.
