The Verizon Classic Challenge Race will be next Thursday July 14th, expect traffic delays starting at 5:45 pm 
On Thursday, July 14, 2011 the Town of Morristown will be hosting the Verizon Wireless Classic Challenge Road Race. At 5:45 pm Mills Street will be closed from Early Street to Sussex Avenue, it will have limited access to residents only. At 6:45pm Speedwell Avenue (Route 202) between Spring Street and North Park Place (the Green) will be closed.
Emergency vehicle traffic coming North on Speedwell Avenue and East on Sussex Avenue should plan an alternate route. The roadway will be cleared by 9:00pm.
Bus traffic should be relocated to the Morristown Train Station, 122 Morris Street.
