Officers Investigate Shooting at Trexlertown Home 
On June 26, 2011, Berks-Lehigh Regional Police officers responded to a shooting at a residence located on the 1200 block of Trexlertown Road (Upper Macungie Township). According to a witness, several “pops” were heard the night before, between 11:30pm and midnight and at the time were believed to be fireworks. Upon investigation four bullet holes were discovered in the home’s exterior. It appears the bullets were fired from the roadway in front of the home. No one was injured during the incident.
