A child molestation case involving a Special Educational Instructional Aide at a middle school in Palmdale and a 13 year-old student, is under investigation by the Special Victims Bureau of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

A 13 year-old male victim reported that during the past two weeks, he has had sexual intercourse with an Instructional Aide at his school, Shadow Hills Middle School, located in Palmdale.

The suspect had been tutoring the victim during and after school on the school campus.

During the past month, the suspect developed feelings for the victim. Over the past two weeks, the victim and suspect have engaged in several acts of sexual intercourse while in a vacant classroom on the school campus. The acts were discovered when a relative of the victim discovered inappropriate text messages from the suspect on the victim’s cell phone.

Suspect Holly Polson, is a 35-year old female White resident of Palmdale.

She was interviewed by Sheriff’s Special Victim’s Bureau detectives and has confessed to the acts with the student.

The suspect was arrested on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 and booked at Palmdale Sheriff’s Station on four felony counts of Lewd Acts with a Child. Her bail is set at $100,000.00
