Low-Cost Pet Vaccination and Microchip Clinic

On Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 5PM-7PM at Arthur Johnson Park in Gardena, CA, LA County Department of Animal Care and Control will be holding a low-cost pet vaccination and microchip clinic.

For information concerning vaccines, clinic participation requirements, or other pet health care information, visit www.scvvc.webs.com. For licensing, pet adoptions, ordinance and other pet-related information, call (877) 872-9738 or visit www.animalcare.lacounty.gov.

Pet owners must be in line before 6:00pm in order to participate • Pet owners must be at least 18 years of age to participate • All pets must be on leashes or in carriers • Only healthy & non pregnant animals will be vaccinated • It is helpful to bring records such as a license renewal notice, prior Rabies Certificate, prior vaccine record, Spay/Neuter Certificate • Licensing is available at the clinics - Proof of ID is required • (Cash/ Checks accepted for Licensing) • CASH ONl.Y for vaccines & microchips.

NOTIFY THE VETERINARIAN PRIOR TO VACCINATING IF YOUR PET HAS EVER HAD A REACTION TO A VACCINE, OR IF YOUR PET HAS RECENTLY SHOWN ANY SIGN OF ILLNESS OR COULD BE PREGNANT.
