Items taken from a residence, possibly while the home was being shown by a realtor. 
Between May 20-May 28, jewelry and other items were taken from a residence, possibly while the home was being shown by a realtor.
The suspect is described as a white female adult in her 40’s, 5-9, 140-145 lbs, with a unknown blue/black ink tattoo on her right shoulder and a tattoo on her right ankle - possibly a rose with vines wrapping around her calf. Suspect vehicle is a silver metallic sedan, possibly a VW Jetta.
Residents showing their homes and real estate agents are urged to remove or lock up valuables and medications, prior to having open houses.
