Thunderstorm forming in central Pennsylvania and moving eastward.
These storms are intensifying and will be over New Jersey later this afternoon
and evening. Some of the storms capable of producing damaging wind gusts,
large hail, and possibly a tornado as they develop and intensify. Please stay alert
for upcoming severe weather watches and warnings during the remainder of
this afternoon.

A Tornado Watch is issued when severe thunderstorms and tornadoes
are possible in and near the watch area. It does not mean that they will occur.
It only means they are possible.
