The Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department has partnered with Beckett Evans, a scout from Kempton , who is advancing to Eagle Scout. The Eagle Scout project provides him with the opportunity not only to assist the K-9 unit of Berks-Lehigh Regional Police, but provide safety awareness to the public. Beckett Evans, a Boy Scout in Kempton PA, is holding an event at Haldeman Ford in Kutztown for his Eagle Scout project, which will benefit the K9 unit of the Berks-Lehigh Regional Police.
The event is a Personal Safety and Protection event, geared towards elementary school children; the public event is going to be open to everyone. At the event will be the Lions Club, Red Cross, Berks-Lehigh Regional Police, as well as the K9 Unit.
Also, there will be Tom Klekners A FIGHITNG CHANCE seminar! Tom Klekner has taught over 500 elementary school children rudimentary self defense, evasion tactics, and other useful skills needed in today’s world. As an interactive seminar, he will only be able to teach 60 kids, so hurry and order tickets at [email protected] or call 610-756-4080. Its all happening on May 21st, from 9-4, don’t be late! This will be something to remember.
