Palmdale Sheriff’s Station is seeking the public's help in identifying a forgery suspect operating in the Antelope Valley area.

The suspect pictured here, has been identified as someone who is manufacturing fraudulent checks and cashing them at local banks.

This suspect obtains the account and routing numbers from unsuspecting victims bank accounts, and uses them to create fraudulent checks written out to an alias. The suspect then manufactures an out of state identification combining both the alias and her picture to allow her to cash the fraudulent checks.

While Palmdale detectives have identified the banks she has cashed checks at in the Palmdale area, Fraud Departments for the banking institutions have indicated she is operating all over the Southern California area.
