INDECENT EXPOSURE SUSPECT

DETAILS: On Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 3:15 p.m., the victim and her friend/ witness were walking home after school from CALLE MAYOR MIDDLE SCHOOL and were on the sidewalk in front of SEASIDE ELEMENTARY near the intersection of Sharynne Lane and Dennis, when the suspect vehicle stopped for the stop sign. The victim looked at the vehicle because it paused at the stop sign for approximately one minute. When the victim looked at the driver/ suspect through the open front window, he looked back at her and smiled without saying a word. The victim then observed that the suspect was not wearing any clothing below the waist and that he was exposed. The suspect vehicle then proceeded through the stop sign and drove away while the victim and her friend ran onto the school grounds of SEASIDE ELEMENTARY because they were frightened.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Hispanic male, 35-45 years old, with a medium to dark complexion, short/ spiky, black hair, brown eyes and a medium build (the suspect is depicted in the attached composite)


SUSPECT VEHICLE: Silver, older model, small 4-door, dirty, no further details
