Officer Darryl Manrique arrested a male for an outstanding drunk driving warrant.

FPD Officers respond to Sacramento @ Presidio Way in regard to a suspicious circumstance. A citizen reports that a female adult is chasing two male subjects down the street. The subjects had just exited a nearby apartment complex and one of them had a 3-4’ long black case in their hand. Another witness calls dispatch and states the subjects are associated with a red Acura Integra. The plate comes back to an address on Parkhurst and Officers Fowlie and J. Harvey respond and locate the vehicle unoccupied. Within seconds, one of the suspects walks around the corner and is carrying a black rifle case. A foot pursuit ensues and the suspect is last seen “dropping off” the rifle case at the Crossroads Apartments. Officers respond to the apartment and locate the second suspect, the rifle case and several items of jewelry. Further investigation from Officer Fowlie and J. Harvey reveal two stolen rifles found underneath a bed mattress. A perimeter is established and Officer Lobue locates the foot pursuit suspect walking E/B on Sundale @ Coco Palm. CSO Allen documents the original residential burglary from Logan Dr. Officer Nevin and Hollifield conduct the overall investigation and two suspects out of Richmond are arrested for PC 148, 459 and 496.
